What is the trigger depth for snow removal?

Standard trigger depth is 5 cm (2 inches) of accumulation, though this can be customised in your contract. Once the trigger depth is reached, our crews are dispatched to your property. For commercial clients, we also offer zero-tolerance contracts where any accumulation triggers service.

Do you offer both per-visit and seasonal pricing?

Yes. Per-visit pricing is based on the size of your property and is billed after each service. Seasonal contracts provide a fixed monthly rate from November through April, regardless of how many storms occur. Seasonal contracts guarantee priority service and typically save money in heavy-snowfall winters.

How quickly do you respond after a snowfall?

For seasonal contract clients, we begin service within 2 to 4 hours of the snow reaching the trigger depth. Commercial properties with zero-tolerance contracts are serviced first. Residential per-visit clients are typically cleared within 4 to 8 hours of the storm ending.

Do you provide salt and de-icing services?

Yes. All of our snow removal packages include salting and de-icing for walkways, stairs, and entrance areas. For parking lots and commercial properties, we use a combination of rock salt and treated sand for effective ice management at various temperatures.
